At Little Bears Day Care Center, all students must have up-to-date immunizations and health records on file, as required by state law. These forms must be submitted before the school year begins. Parents are also asked to inform us in writing about any allergies their child may have. These steps are essential for maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and full compliance is needed for enrollment.
Training and Safety Procedures
Our staff is certified in CPR and first aid, and they are prepared to handle everyday incidents such as minor bumps and scrapes. If an accident occurs, an incident report will be completed and sent home. In more serious situations, parents will be contacted by phone, and emergency medical care will be provided if needed, following the “Authorization for Medical Treatment” section of your child’s Tuition Agreement. We make every effort to reach parents or authorized contacts promptly.
